How can i use AR5008WB-EG in Win2003 x86???

I used this driver in my laptop. In WinXP x86, AR5008WB-EG work fine, But in Win2003 x86, AR5008WB-EG could'nt worked,error code (10). Now i want to know, how can i use it in Win2003 x86 ???

A similar problem was solved directly on the Dell website:
